Chickpea Wraps

You probably already have the ingredients in your pantry

  • Makes 6 wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas

  • Tortilla shells

  • 2 tbsp of your favourite all-purpose spice blend

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Your choice of additional filling (I like spinach, tomato, avocado, and ranch)

Instructions

  • In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat

  • Add the chickpeas to the pan and fry until they begin to pop

  • Mix in your spices

  • Add your fried chickpeas to warm tortillas with your choice of filling

  • Fold up those wraps and eat them while they’re warm!
