Ingredients
1 can of diced tomatoes (I like to use pre-seasoned tomatoes for flavour)
1 can of red kidney beans
1 can of chickpeas
1-2 cups of corn
1 package of Cauli Crumble Veggie Grounds
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a large cooking pot
Cook on medium heat until hot, stirring regularly
Enjoy with your favourite toppings!
