Veggie Chili

  • Cook time: 15 mins

  • Vegan

  • Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 can of diced tomatoes (I like to use pre-seasoned tomatoes for flavour)

  • 1 can of red kidney beans

  • 1 can of chickpeas

  • 1-2 cups of corn

  • 1 package of Cauli Crumble Veggie Grounds

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a large cooking pot

  • Cook on medium heat until hot, stirring regularly

  • Enjoy with your favourite toppings!
