Ingredients
1 cup oats
½ cup water
2 tbsp your choice of sweetener (nut butter, honey, maple syrup, Nutella, etc.)
1 cup your choice of crunch (nuts, seeds, dried fruits, chocolate chips, etc.)
Note that these measurements are just to start you off; you can add more or less of any ingredient should you feel necessary
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (if you don’t want to use the oven, you can set these bites in the fridge instead)
Combine the water and your choice of sweetener in a medium-sized bowl and mix
Add the oats and your choice of crunch
Use your hands to make small balls out of the batter and place them on a lined baking sheet
Note: if the mixture isn’t sticking together, add more water until it becomes sticky and clumpy. You can also sprinkle dry oats over the formed balls to help the structure stay together.
Bake for 5 mins (or cool in the fridge for at least 20 mins)
