Ingredients
1 large bag of tortilla chips
2 cups grated cheese (any kind you like)
1-2 cups black beans
1-2 cups corn
1-2 cups chopped tomatoes
1-2 cups chopped green onions
1 cup chopped chives
500 ml sour cream (or 1 large tub)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
On a large, lined baking sheet, spread out tortilla chips
Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over the tortilla chips
Add your desired amount of beans, corn, and tomatoes
Sprinkle on the remaining cup of cheese
Bake the nachos for 7-10 mins
Top your cooked nachos with green onions
In a bowl, combine the sour cream and chives - drizzle this mixture on the nachos or leave it on the side for dipping
