Potato Chips
Oven-baked potato chips

Makes about 45 potato chips

Ingredients
2 russet potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt (add up to 1 tbsp if you like a lot of salt)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Chop potatoes into slices (the thinner your slices, the crispier they will get in the oven)
Coat potato slices in olive oil and then sprinkle them with salt
Place the potato slices on a lined baking sheet and cook for 10-20 minutes, flipping halfway through (if your slices are really thin, they will probably only take around 10 mins; if they’re a bit thicker like mine, they’ll take around 20 mins)
