Ingredients
2 russet potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
Up to 1 tbsp of seasoning (salt, BBQ spice, garlic parmesan mix, etc.)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Chop the potatoes into slices (the thinner your slices, the crispier they will get in the oven)
Coat the potato slices in olive oil and then sprinkle them with your seasoning
Place the potato slices on a lined baking sheet and cook for 10-20 minutes, flipping halfway through (if your slices are really thin, they will probably only take around 10 mins; if they’re a bit thicker, they’ll take around 20 mins)
