Potato Chips

Oven-baked potato chips

  • Prep time: 10 mins

  • Cook time: 20 mins

  • Easy

  • Makes about 45 potato chips

  • Vegan

Ingredients

  • 2 russet potatoes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt (add up to 1 tbsp if you like a lot of salt)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  • Chop potatoes into slices (the thinner your slices, the crispier they will get in the oven)

  • Coat potato slices in olive oil and then sprinkle them with salt

  • Place the potato slices on a lined baking sheet and cook for 10-20 minutes, flipping halfway through (if your slices are really thin, they will probably only take around 10 mins; if they’re a bit thicker like mine, they’ll take around 20 mins)
