Taco Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can of refried beans

  • 250 mL of sour cream (small container) & 100 g whipped cream cheese (approx) combined

  • 4 avocados

  • 430 mL of salsa

  • Grated cheese

  • Chopped green onion

Instructions

  • Use a large cooking dish to layer each ingredient one on top of the other (the dish should be long and shallow for easy dipping)

  • The thickest ingredient (beans) should go on the bottom, followed by the next thick (sour cream & cream cheese), and so on

  • Cut, core, and mash your avocados to make guacamole (add your choice of spices)

  • Top with grated cheese and green onion!

  • Prep time: 10 mins

  • Cook time: 10 mins

  • Difficulty level: Easy

  • Contains dairy

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups ricotta cheese

  • 1-2 cups grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup oregano

  • 1-2 cups marinara sauce

  • 1-2 cups grated cheese (any kind you like)

  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni (I used a veggie alternative)

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F

  • In the order listed above, layer all the ingredients in a shallow baking dish

  • Bake for 10 minutes

  • Enjoy with warm naan
