Gingerbread Cookies

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 tsp cardamom
1 cup melted butter (unsalted)
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
½ cup molasses
1 tbsp vanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom
Add in the butter, brown sugar, and egg and mix well
Add the molasses and vanilla
Roll out the dough (coat the dough, roller, and rolling surface with flour to keep everything from sticking together)
Use your favourite cookie cutters to craft your personalized cookies!
Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 7 minutes
