Banana Bread

This is your basic banana bread recipe

  • Prep time: 15 mins

  • Cook time: 45 mins

  • Contains eggs and dairy

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup melted butter (brown the butter on the stove for ultimate yumminess)

  • 2-3 overripe bananas

  • Up to 1 cup of add-ins (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda together

  • Whisk in the vanilla extract, eggs, and melted butter

  • Add the bananas and combine until smoothish

  • Add your mix-ins

  • Pour batter into a small, well-greased baking dish

  • Bake for 30-45 minutes or until a toothpick/fork comes out clean
