Banana Bread
This is your basic banana bread recipe

Cook time: 45 mins
Contains eggs and dairy
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter (brown the butter on the stove for ultimate yumminess)
2-3 overripe bananas
Up to 1 cup of add-ins (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and baking soda together
Whisk in the vanilla extract, eggs, and melted butter
Add the bananas and combine until smoothish
Add your mix-ins
Pour batter into a small, well-greased baking dish
Bake for 30-45 minutes or until a toothpick/fork comes out clean
