Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup plant-based milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup quick oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup mix-ins (max)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas and combine with the maple syrup, milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract
Stir in the oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon
Add your desired mix-ins
Divide the batter evenly among six greased muffin cups
Bake for 23 mins or until lightly browned around the edges
