1 cup plant-based milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tsp sweetener (maple syrup or honey)
1 tsp your choice of flavour variation (cinnamon, cocoa powder, matcha powder, peanut butter powder, etc.)
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined
Set in the fridge overnight
Serve with your choice of toppings!
