Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant-based milk

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp flax seeds (optional)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1 tsp sweetener (maple syrup or honey)

  • 1 tsp your choice of flavour variation (cinnamon, cocoa powder, matcha powder, peanut butter powder, etc.)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well combined

  • Set in the fridge overnight

  • Serve with your choice of toppings!
