Vegan Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 head green cabbage
1 medium carrot
1 cup vegan mayonnaise (Hellmann’s makes a good one)
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
4 tsp white sugar
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Thinly slice green cabbage
Shred carrot
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, and black pepper
Add the green cabbage and carrot
Mix it all together, and you’re done!
