Ingredients
4 tomatoes (any kind you like)
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 chopped yellow onion
1 garlic bulb
1 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup table cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place tomatoes, onion, garlic cloves, and 1/2 cup of the basil leaves on a lined baking sheet
Drizzle with olive oil
Bake for 20 mins
In a blender, combine the cream and the rest of the basil, along with the roasted tomatoes, onion, garlic, and basil
Reheat the soup on the stove if necessary
Season with pepper to taste
